We are seeking a strategic and dynamic sales leader to drive the successful launch and commercial expansion of a novel oncology therapy across the Southern U.S. region. This high-impact role is ideal for someone with deep oncology expertise, proven success in managing field-based teams, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll oversee a team of Account Managers, manage key relationships with healthcare providers, and execute regional strategies to exceed performance goals. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to improve outcomes for patients battling cancer.. Accountabilities:. . Lead and develop a high-performing regional Account Management team focused on oncology sales and customer engagement.. . Drive the execution of regional launch plans and field tactics aligned with corporate strategy for Taletrectinib.. . Maintain direct involvement with key accounts, decision-makers, and thought leaders across large practices, hospitals, and networks.. . Utilize data, analytics, and omnichannel tools to optimize field operations and enhance brand visibility.. . Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and market access teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.. . Conduct regular field visits and business reviews to coach team performance and maintain alignment with KPIs.. . Manage regional budgets, track expenses, and contribute to overall P&L management.. . Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, leading with integrity and a mindset of doing the right thing.. . . Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related field.. . At least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.. . Minimum 5 years of oncology experience, ideally in solid tumors and oral oncolytics. NSCLC experience is strongly preferred.. . Proven track record in launching new products, especially within small to mid-sized biotech environments.. . Experience managing and mentoring field teams, building high-performance cultures, and exceeding sales targets.. . Skilled in stakeholder engagement, account strategy, and navigating complex provider networks.. . Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and clinical knowledge.. . Willingness to travel up to 60%, including occasional visits to offices in New York and San Francisco.. .
