The BI Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers across marketing, sales, operations, and finance. The role requires hands-on experience with data modeling, dashboard creation, and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in turning complex data into intuitive visualizations and business recommendations.. Responsibilities. Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports for various business functions (marketing, sales, operations).. Analyze business performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design data solutions.. Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.. Monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting on sales, customer behavior, and operational performance.. Identify areas for process improvements using data-driven insights.. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting tools.. Support the implementation of data warehouses and BI tools to improve reporting capabilities.. Assist in ad hoc analysis and deep-dive studies to answer business questions.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.. 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting (preferably in eCommerce or retail).. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.. Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.. Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights.. Strong communication skills; able to present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.. Strong Written and Verbal English proficiency. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have). Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).. Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.. Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads reporting.. Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics..
