Accountabilities. . Lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies that challenge traditional approaches and drive business growth.. . Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize pricing models and enhance customer value.. . Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing frameworks with market and customer needs.. . Build financial models and market analyses to inform strategic decisions.. . Review and negotiate complex bids and contracts with a focus on customer outcomes.. . Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.. . 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategic finance, or negotiation.. . 3+ years of experience driving change, challenging norms, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.. . 2+ years of people leadership experience.. . 2+ years of customer-facing experience.. . Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities.. . Experience with contract negotiations, bid strategy, and proposal development.. .
