Regional Sales Manager. with . 10+ years of experience. in capital equipment sales - specifically within the food industry - and focusing on end-of-line case packaging systems. This unique role demands an applications expert, skilled in solution selling and project management, who can build meaningful customer relationships and support projects from initial engagement through system delivery and commissioning.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Business Development:. Aggressively prospect and develop new customers in the Food Industry; identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts.. . . Technical & Application Expertise:. Conduct on-the-spot application evaluations, clearly understand automation needs, recommend customized packaging solutions, and demonstrate expertise in packaging materials.. . . End-to-End Project Management:. Guide customers through system selection, quoting, order processing, installation, and final project completion with a commitment to service excellence.. . . Customer Relations:. Provide responsive and proactive customer support from project inception through handover and beyond.. . . Territory Management:.
