This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered . on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. .. . Key Responsibilities. Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion.. Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including:. Structural mounting systems. Electrical power distribution. Mechanical integration. LED display systems. Media playback systems. Manage . project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans. .. Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.. Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams.. Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines.. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership.. Support . site coordination during installation and commissioning phases. .. Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports..
