As a key team member, you will assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Address customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide detailed information about policy features, benefits, and coverage options.. . Assist clients in filing claims and resolving any issues that may arise during the claims process.. . Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriting teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.. . Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, especially within the insurance sector, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.. . Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.. .
