We are seeking a high-impact Regional Account Director to drive adoption of enterprise AI solutions across Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers and integrated networks. This role combines strategic account management, enterprise sales, and healthcare expertise to navigate complex VA procurement and operational structures. You will build trusted relationships with VA executives and clinical leaders, lead full-cycle sales, and ensure long-term adoption of AI platforms that enhance patient care and clinician efficiency. Accountabilities. · Lead the full enterprise sales cycle across VA facilities and VISN networks, from opportunity identification to contract execution.. · Build and maintain strategic relationships with VA executives, clinical leaders, and contracting officers to align solutions with care priorities.. · Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to ensure high-value, long-term adoption of AI-powered clinical solutions.. · Partner with internal clinical, technical, and government affairs teams to ensure solutions meet compliance, operational, and strategic requirements.. · Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, track opportunities in CRM, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in the VA segment.. · Serve as a trusted advisor to VA stakeholders, translating technical solutions into demonstrable business and clinical value.. · 7+ years of enterprise SaaS solution sales experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical decision support, or medical imaging; 5+ years selling into the VISN/VA market.. · Proven experience navigating VA procurement, contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP, IDIQs), and compliance requirements.. · Established network and relationships with VA executives, clinical leaders, and procurement officials.. · Demonstrated ability to identify and grow enterprise business opportunities across new and existing accounts.. · Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets in a high-stakes, target-driven environment.. · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.. · Willingness and ability to travel as required.. · Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, combined with a mission-driven mindset..
