Accountabilities. As an IT Support Specialist, you will:. . Provide phone- and chat-based support to employees on IT-related issues.. . Escalate and coordinate level II support requests with senior IT team members.. . Document detailed ticket information to ensure smooth handoff or escalation.. . Create, configure, and manage user accounts, credentials, and permissions.. . Assist with application installations, email configuration, and smart device setups.. . Maintain system security and follow best practices to protect sensitive data and PII.. . Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.. . Collaborate with team members to update process documentation and provide cross-training.. . Exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential internal matters.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 1–2 years of experience providing end-user IT support.. . Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365).. .
