Sales Operations Specialist at Steer Health. The . Sales Operations Specialist. will play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, providing actionable insights through reporting/analytics, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.. You will be the backbone of the sales team—building scalable processes, improving pipeline visibility, and helping leadership make data-informed decisions.. Key Responsibilities. . . CRM Management & Data Integrity. . . . Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency. . . Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency. . . . . Sales Process Optimization. . . . Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing). . . Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions. . . . . Reporting & Analytics. . . . Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility. . . Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment. . . . . Enablement & Support. . . . Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation. . . Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking. . . . . Strategic Projects. . . . Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management. . . Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity. . . . Qualifications & Skills. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. . . 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology). . . Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred). . . Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.). . . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. . . Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. . .
