Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to high-end domestic appliances.. Assist customers with product information, order management, warranty claims, and troubleshooting issues.. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.. Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.. Stay knowledgeable about the latest product features, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the high-end retail or appliance sector, is preferred.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing a high level of customer satisfaction.. .
