Own and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market, Upper Mid-Market, and Strategic merchant accounts through tailored strategies and account plans.. . Build trusted relationships with merchants, proactively identifying opportunities and preventing potential escalations.. . Conduct quarterly business reviews, analyze merchant health, and influence commercial decisions to drive retention and upsell.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Sales, Engineering) to solve complex challenges and ensure client satisfaction.. .
