We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Systems Master Field Engineer to support mission-critical data center projects through the installation, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced building automation systems. You will manage medium to large-scale projects, provide customer-focused solutions, and help drive operational excellence in complex environments. This position requires frequent travel, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.. . Accountabilities. . Lead field commissioning, installation, and optimization of building automation systems using advanced Direct Digital Control (DDC) technology.. . Mentor and develop less experienced Field Engineers, providing guidance on tools, technology, and best practices.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues in the field, providing effective solutions for complex system problems.. . Ensure proper system operation, including controls, sensors, software, alarms, trends, and reports.. . Provide turnkey project delivery on medium to large-scale projects, maintaining schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Communicate project status and document system performance, providing site-specific training for owners/operators.. . Collaborate with teams to integrate and navigate a variety of building automation systems, ensuring operational reliability.. . . . High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s, Associate, or Technical/Business Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or related field preferred.. . 5+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC, or technical field roles.. . Hands-on experience with mission-critical BAS deployments, including WebCTRL, BACnet, and Modbus protocols.. . Proficiency with EPMS deployments, construction/commissioning tracking platforms (CX Alloy, Procore, Autodesk Build), and Microsoft 365 applications.. . Expert knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology.. . Ability to climb ladders or lift items up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license required.. .
