Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams, you will translate complex user needs into scalable product features. You will own the roadmap, define KPIs, and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that align with both customer value and company vision. A strong background in data-driven decision-making and deep customer empathy is essential for success.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and post-launch optimization. . Prioritize customer needs and align product features with business goals and market demands. . Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. . Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and feature development. . Define success metrics and analyze performance data to iterate and improve product offerings. . Serve as the subject matter expert for cybersecurity trends, compliance standards, and user pain points. . Present product strategy, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership. . . . Minimum 5 years of product management experience in software, ideally within enterprise or startup environments. . At least 2 years of experience working in the cybersecurity domain. . Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in Computer Science, Business, or related fields preferred. . Proven success in owning product roadmaps, managing feature delivery, and influencing cross-functional teams. . Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, PCI, or SIG is highly desirable. . Comfortable with technical discussions and collaborating closely with engineering teams. . Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking product KPIs. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence across all levels. .
