Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Dutch.. . Assist with data entry, document preparation, and ensure that our digital filing systems remain organized and efficient.. . Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain logistical support for team members as required.. . Tackle daily administrative challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.. . Engage with clients and vendors in Dutch, ensuring effective communication and excellent service.. . Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance workflows and contribute to various team projects.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. Experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.. Excellent communication skills, capable of working well independently and as part of a team.. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools.. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.. Comfortable with a remote work setup while being based in Bulgaria..
