Deliver outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality and tourism services. . Assist clients with inquiries related to accommodations, travel itineraries, and activities. . Provide recommendations and feedback based on customer needs and preferences. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. . Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. . Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings continuously. . Stay informed about trends in the hospitality and tourism industry to provide current recommendations. . . Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. . Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. .
