The ideal candidate has prior experience with marketplaces like Amazon, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform daily reporting and quality checks independently.. Key Responsibilities. . . Daily BSR Reports. – Run and review daily Best Seller Rank (BSR) reports to monitor listing performance. . . . BSR Screenshot Reporting. – Assist in capturing and organizing daily BSR screenshots (in collaboration with another team member). . . . Out-of-Stock Monitoring. – Track and report out-of-stock products daily. . . . Lightning Deal Monitoring. – Support the team by verifying badges and performance on active Lightning Deals. . . . Daily Listing Audits. – At the start and end of each day, check the accuracy of: . . . Product tags and categories . . Images and swatches . . Titles, bullet points, and descriptions . . Prices and Buy Box presence . . A+ content, BSR spikes, and category nodes . . . . 1+ year experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace support (Amazon experience strongly preferred) . . Familiarity with product listings, BSR, Buy Box, and listing optimization . . Comfortable working with spreadsheets and daily reporting tools . . Excellent communication and organizational skills . .
