We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure that product solutions meet both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate has experience designing complex workflows for enterprise-level applications such as CRMs or ERPs, a strong portfolio showcasing strategic and visual design skills, and a passion for delivering impactful user experiences. Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand user needs and pain points and translate insights into actionable design solutions.. . Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define new features, contribute to the product roadmap, and ensure design is integrated from concept to launch.. . Own the full design lifecycle, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs validated with real users.. . Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across product touchpoints.. . Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure seamless implementation of product features.. . Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to iterate on existing designs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.. . Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma.. .
