GTM Engineer at Weekday AI. This role is for one of Weekday’s clients. Min Experience: 1 year. JobType: full-time. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role bridges the gap between engineering, product, and go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, customer success). As a GTM Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, solution engineers, and marketing teams to ensure our technical offerings are positioned effectively in the market, support customer implementations, and drive the success of new product rollouts.. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a technical background and strong communication skills to gain experience across product launches, pre-sales support, and market enablement activities. You will act as a technical voice for the product, helping articulate value, ensure seamless implementations, and build a feedback loop between customers and product teams.. Key Responsibilities:. 1. Go-to-Market Support. . Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand new feature rollouts and provide technical input on launch planning. . . Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution briefs, and enablement material for internal teams and external customers. . . Participate in launch readiness reviews, contributing to positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy from a technical perspective. . . 2. Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement. . Partner with sales engineers and account executives to provide technical assistance during pre-sales discussions. . . Conduct product demos, proof of concept implementations, and technical workshops for prospects and clients. . . Help tailor solutions to customer needs by understanding technical requirements and aligning our offerings accordingly. . . 3. Customer Success & Feedback Loop. . Support onboarding of new customers with a focus on smooth integration and implementation of products or APIs. . . Gather feedback from customers and users to identify areas of improvement or new feature opportunities. . . Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay real-world insights and influence roadmap decisions. . . 4. Internal Collaboration. . Act as a bridge between engineering and business functions, ensuring both sides understand product capabilities and customer needs. . . Contribute to internal tooling and automation efforts that improve the efficiency of GTM operations. . . Assist in training sessions for internal teams (sales, marketing, success) to improve technical fluency across the org. . . Requirements:. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. . . 1+ years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, technical support, pre-sales, or product engineering. . . Strong technical foundation, with knowledge in web technologies, APIs, and software architecture. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language. . . Self-starter attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. . . Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), or developer tools is a plus.. . Company Location: India.
