We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on platform customization, integration, and automation to improve service delivery and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM, and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and executive stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions. Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and hands-on development expertise are essential for success in this role. U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain or hold an active Public Trust clearance.. . Accountabilities. . Lead the design, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including SPM and ITSM.. . Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and related technologies.. . Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.. . Advise on business process and service management best practices to enable digital transformation.. . Conduct stakeholder meetings, discovery workshops, and status briefings to align technical solutions with business objectives.. . Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.. . Deliver training and support materials for business users and technical teams.. . . 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development.. . 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building.. . Expert knowledge of:. . . ServiceNow Core Services/SPM, ITSM, and DevOps modules. . JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting tools. . Workflow development and platform automation. . .
