Key Responsibilities. . Design, build, and optimise intelligent automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code frameworks. . . Develop internal products using platforms like Replit, LangChain, OpenAI, Zapier, and others. . . Rapidly test, deploy, and iterate on AI pipelines for business process automation, data enrichment, or user engagement. . . Take ownership of complex engineering challenges and solve them independently. . . Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business goals into working AI systems. . . Maintain high productivity standards, with clear progress tracking and transparent remote work habits. . . Qualifications and Experience. . 3+ years in a software engineering, automation, or AI-related role. . . Proven ability to build AI workflows, API integrations, and practical automations from scratch. . . Familiarity with platforms such as Replit, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make, Python, JavaScript, and shell scripting. . . Demonstrated history of shipping features or tools fast in a remote environment. . . Strong debugging skills, tech independence, and obsessive problem-solving instincts. . .
