We are currently seeking a motivated German Speaking Customer Service representative specializing in the finance industry. Responsibilities. . Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients in the finance industry.. . Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries related to finance products and services.. . Assist clients with account management, including setting up accounts, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.. . Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.. . Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records of inquiries and resolutions.. . Collaborate with various departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.. . Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and seek feedback to enhance client satisfaction.. . . Fluency in German and at least conversational English; additional language skills are a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry.. .
