Clinicians will carry out assessments, implement therapeutic interventions, and help clients navigate progress toward their wellness goals.. Responsibilities:. . Perform initial diagnostic assessments and formulate care plans. . Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and groups. . Track client progress and update treatment objectives. . Document services accurately within electronic health records. . Participate in clinical coordination and communication with the care team. . .
