Role Overview:. The Senior Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership, marketing, operations, and technical roles within the iGaming industry. This position requires a recruiter who understands the sector deeply, has an extensive network, and can handle both executive searches and large-scale hiring simultaneously.. Key Responsibilities:. . Manage the . full-cycle recruitment process.  for senior-level and high-volume roles in the iGaming sector.. . Partner with leadership to understand strategic hiring needs and workforce plans.. . Build and leverage a strong network within the iGaming community to source passive and active candidates.. . Execute . targeted sourcing strategies.  (head-hunting, referrals, industry groups, and direct outreach).. . Screen and assess candidates for technical, operational, and cultural fit.. . Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across various functions (marketing, operations, product, compliance, and leadership).. . Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring efficiency and transparency in the process.. . Stay up to date on iGaming hiring trends and talent market movements, especially within Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Caucasus.. . . . Extensive recruitment experience within the iGaming industry.  (minimum 4–5 years).. . Proven ability to fill . high-level executive and leadership roles. .. .
