Minimum of 3 years experience in a like for like or similar role. . . Must have a good understanding of third-party accreditation requirements in this field. . Comprehensive knowledge of passive fire door systems and products such as Flamebreak, Premdor and Vicaima. . . Knowledge of the 2021 Fire Safety Act. . Approved document B, BS 476-22 and BS 8214. . . What will your day-to-day look like?. . Attending client sites and inspect fire doors line with the ‘UKAS BlueSky Certification scheme’, Government guidance and the manufacture technical installation or O&M guidance. . . Attending sites prior to the carpentry team and survey the site for access, health and safety, material storage, specifications of work accuracy against third party information.. . Quantity survey for materials required to complete the works. . . Meet with clients on site to discuss site requirements and individual client needs. . . To handover accepted inspection reports to the passive fire projects manager. . . Company Location: United Kingdom.
