You’ll be working directly with the founders to shape how we grow: designing campaigns, testing messages, automating outreach, and driving revenue.. What You'll Be Doing:. . . Own and execute outbound lead generation. across channels like LinkedIn, email, and cold calls . . . Build and optimize sales campaigns. using tools like Pipedrive, Apollo, and Sales Navigator . . . Write killer messaging and outreach copy. that resonates with B2B decision-makers . . . Refine and test buyer personas. based on industry research and campaign feedback . . . Set up sales automations and workflows. to scale our GTM engine . . . Track and report on campaign performance. , iterate quickly, and share insights with leadership . . . Collaborate with marketing and ops. to ensure strong funnel alignment and handoffs . . . Bring creative ideas to the table. on where and how we should be showing up to win business . . . Help shape the early GTM playbook. for future sales and marketing hires. . What We're Looking For:. . You’ve worked in . B2B professional services, outsourcing, or staffing/recruitment. . . Strong experience with . Pipedrive. , . Sales Navigator. , . Apollo. , . LinkedIn, and similar platforms. . . Proven track record of . cold outbound success. — cold calling, emailing, messaging . . Strong . copywriting and messaging skills. . . Comfortable with . sales automation tools. , campaign building, and testing . . Excellent written and verbal English (neutral, American, or British accent preferred) . . A strategic thinker who’s also happy to roll up their sleeves and get scrappy . .
