This entry-level medical device sales role is designed to prepare and develop the next generation of sales professionals at Cresilon. As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you’ll be on the front lines introducing Traumagel, a breakthrough hemostatic technology, to clinicians across trauma centers, emergency departments, and pre-hospital settings (EMS). . This position serves two primary purposes: . Development Role – Preparing you to eventually manage a full territory as a Sales Representative. . Support Role – Providing high-quality support to existing Regional Sales Managers and covering open territories when needed. . You will build clinical confidence through education and training, support product adoption, and drive new business while learning from senior sales leaders.  . This isn’t a standard entry-level sales job. As an ASR for Traumagel, you’ll be in trauma bays, emergency departments, and EMS stations—supporting clinicians during life-saving moments. Your ability to educate, build trust, and grow adoption will directly impact patient care and shape Cresilon’s success in the trauma and emergency medicine market. This position is field based in Florida.   . Responsibilities. : . Sales Execution & Territory Development . Prospect and cultivate new accounts while expanding existing business. . Support regional sales initiatives by assisting senior sales representatives. . Execute a strategic territory plan with clear action steps to meet/exceed sales goals. . Cover vacant territories as needed. . Clinical Education & Training . Deliver in-services, demonstrations, and training for physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, and other trauma/emergency staff. . Act as a clinical resource, ensuring proper utilization of Traumagel across pre-hospital and acute care environments. . Participate in trade shows, cadaver/animal labs, and professional skills days. Relationship Building . . Relationship Building. Establish credibility and trust with trauma surgeons, emergency physicians, nurses, EMS providers, and hospital administrators. . Build champions within hospital systems and EMS agencies to drive adoption of Traumagel. . Partner with internal teams (Regional Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing and Director of Sales) to accelerate market penetration. Business & Analytics . Use CRM and business intelligence tools to track pipeline, forecast, and analyze sales trends. . Understand healthcare economics including pre-hospital settings, hospital GPOs, IDNs, and contracting processes. . Share competitive insights and market intelligence with the broader team. . Competitive & Strategic Execution . Understand competitor products and position Traumagel effectively. . Maintain a sense of urgency in building market share and growing the brand in a competitive space. . Operational Excellence . Submit timely reports, expense management, and account updates. . Adhere to Cresilon’s ethics, compliance standards, and policies. . Travel up to 50% within the assigned geography; stand/walk in clinical settings for extended periods. . Requirements . Bachelor’s degree preferred. . Ability to travel extensively with short notice when required. . Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel/PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making. . Preferred Qualifications . Prior sales or healthcare-related experience (EMS, paramedic, trauma nurse) is a plus. . Strong interest in medical device sales and willingness to grow into a full-line sales role. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Confidence presenting clinical and technical information to diverse audiences. . Organizational excellence; able to manage multiple priorities. .
