Hands-on experience with Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus) for building modern, interactive Rails applications. . Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js is a plus). . Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases. . Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. . Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. . Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. . Experience with cloud services. . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). . Nice to have skills. . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. . Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). . Previous experience working in an international Agile team. . Understanding of modern communication and event-driven platforms. .
