Your Impact. Lead and grow a team of . 6 to 7 engineers. , supporting their development, wellbeing, and sense of ownership. . Shape technical direction and architecture, ensuring high standards through automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and AI assisted development practices. . At least . 2 years of experience. leading an engineering team, with a strong focus on coaching, feedback, and team development. . 5 to 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience. , including time spent as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Architect. . Solid experience designing, building, and operating software across . both frontend and backend systems. . . The ability to make thoughtful technical trade offs that balance product goals, scalability, and long term maintainability. . Experience working closely with Product and Design partners in a cross functional environment. . Familiarity with modern development practices such as automated testing, CI and CD, code reviews, and architectural design. . Comfort working with cloud based systems and modern tooling.
