In this role, you will drive high-volume shoppable content output, manage creator partnerships, and optimize affiliate performance while contributing to sustained GMV growth and live shopping expansion.. Responsibilities:. Affiliate Recruitment & Activation:. You will actively recruit and onboard affiliates aligned with brand positioning and performance goals through direct outreach and Target Plan initiatives. . Guaranteed Monthly Output Commitments:. A minimum of 50 shoppable affiliate videos per month, published by affiliates and tagged to the Brand’s TikTok Shop listings. . A minimum of 10,000 Target Plan outreach messages per month, or the maximum number permitted by TikTok Seller Center for the Brand’s account during that period. . If platform-level restrictions, account limitations, or policy changes reduce allowable outreach volume, You will deploy the maximum outreach volume permitted by the platform and document such limitations. . Affiliate Communication & Support:. You will respond to inbound affiliate inquiries within 48 hours. Inquiries related to commission payouts will be directed to TikTok Seller Center support, as affiliate payouts are managed by TikTok. . Content Velocity Management:. You will monitor affiliate posting activity on an ongoing basis and implement re-engagement and recruitment strategies to maintain or exceed the guaranteed monthly shoppable video output. . Affiliate Performance Optimization:. You will identify high-performing affiliates and apply optimization strategies including commission incentives, prioritized product access, and promotional alignment to increase overall program contribution at the brand’s discretion. . Top Creator Management Service Level Agreement. Top Creator Strategy & Oversight. You will oversee and execute a top creator strategy for Brand, focused on engaging high-performing creators (L3+ and above) for shoppable short-form content and creator-led livestreams. . This includes creator identification, outreach, negotiations, contracting, deliverables coordination, and execution in alignment with Brand objectives and platform best practices. . Creator Research & Targeting. You will conduct monthly research to identify top creators within the Brand’s category who have demonstrated meaningful TikTok Shop performance, including creators with proven GMV generation for competitor, adjacent or in-proximity brands. . You will prioritize outreach to creators who have generated $25,000+ in GMV within any rolling 30-day period (L3+), subject to creator availability and platform access. . Creator Outreach, Contracting & Seeding. You will deploy an agreed-upon monthly Creator Seeding Budget to secure L3+ creators for short-form shoppable content and/or creator-led live shopping sessions. . You will manage creator negotiations, contracting, and payment coordination using the approved budget. Creator contracting is contingent upon receipt of seeding funds prior to deployment. . Guaranteed Creator Deliverables. Subject to creator availability and Brand compliance readiness, you will deliver the following through top creator engagements:. Guaranteed shoppable video deliverables from contracted creators, including one (1) optional review round and one (1) allowance for re-edits per asset . Guaranteed placement within creator-led live shopping showcases, where applicable . A weekly live shopping schedule, targeting at least one (1) L3+ creator live per week, when supported by creator availability and product merchandising. . Live Creator Management. You will coordinate and manage creator participation in live shopping events, including scheduling, product focus, promotional mechanics, and execution alignment. . Ongoing Communication. You will provide a dedicated weekly call with the assigned Account Manager to review creator pipeline status, upcoming activations, performance insights, and next steps. . Community Management. Brand channel management within creator Discord, designed to drive consistent engagement, content output, and affiliate performance. This includes three (3) strategic weekly posts, including product highlights and campaign announcements, and one (1) live webinar per month to support selling strategy and overall program optimization.. Must-Have:. 3–5+ years of experience managing affiliate and creator programs within TikTok Shop and comparable social commerce / influencer marketing ecosystems.. Proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, and activating affiliates at scale through direct outreach and structured outreach programs (e.g., Target Plans or equivalent).. Demonstrated ability to consistently drive high-volume creator and affiliate outputs, including shoppable short-form video content and live shopping participation.. Deep understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics, creator tiers (including L3+), GMV benchmarks, commission structures, and platform policies.. Experience managing creator negotiations, contracting, seeding budgets, deliverables, and payment coordination with strong financial and operational discipline.. Strong performance optimization skills, including identifying top-performing affiliates and creators and applying incentives, prioritization, and promotional strategies to scale results..
