Key Responsibilities:. . . Sales Strategy & Execution. : Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets across . general trade, modern trade, gifting, and FMCG. segments. . . . Channel Management. : . . . Drive and manage relationships with . general trade retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. to maximize sales and coverage. . . Build and maintain partnerships with . modern trade chains. , including key accounts, supermarkets, and hypermarkets. . . Tap into . corporate gifting opportunities. by onboarding B2B clients and customizing solutions as per seasonal gifting trends. . . . . . . Business Development. : . . . Identify new business opportunities and onboard clients for both . B2B and D2C. channels. . . Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and gifting expos to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. . . . . . . Key Account Management. : Manage and grow strategic accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. . . . Forecasting & Reporting. : Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and forecast demand to optimize inventory and delivery. . . . Cross-functional Collaboration. : Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to align supply, demand, and promotional efforts. . . . Promotions & Activations. : Plan and execute trade promotions and seasonal campaigns to boost product uptake and brand recall. . . Skills & Qualifications:. . Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. . . 3–4 years of experience in . sales roles across general trade, modern trade, or corporate gifting. segments. . .
