Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Provide assistance with troubleshooting issues related to digital payments and account access.. . Educate customers about features, security measures, and benefits of using the digital wallet.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.. . Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions.. . Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
