Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year. . Minimum Weekly Hours: 5. . Primary Duties. . Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. . Deliver therapy sessions (individual and group formats). . Manage documentation with accuracy and compliance. . Address concerns related to trauma, emotional health, and behavioral conditions. . Collaborate with external care teams as appropriate. . . Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work. . Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC). .
