Level 3 Engineer. to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for our US-based MSP clients. This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers.. What You’ll Do. . Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers. . . Perform advanced Azure tasks: resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation. . . Support enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization. . . Mentor Level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices. . . Document escalations, infra changes, and project work. . . Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives. . . . 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise. . . Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation). . . Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting). . . Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365. . . Excellent English for client-facing support. . . . Bonus:.
