As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our U.S. market by closing high-value B2B SaaS deals. This role is fully remote, and our working hours are Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling SaaS product demonstrations, and closing deals.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B prospects and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.. . Collaborate with the marketing and sales development teams to identify and target high-potential B2B opportunities, particularly in the . healthcare sector. .. . Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects, especially those in . assisted living facilities, board and care homes, and related healthcare organizations. .. . Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.. . Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.. . Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.. . . . 2+ years of experience.  in a closing role (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Closer, or similar) within the . B2B SaaS industry. , with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.. . . Healthcare background is a must. , with specific experience selling SaaS solutions to . assisted living facilities, board and care homes, or related healthcare organizations. .. . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.. . Strong ability to build rapport and trust with B2B clients, with a consultative sales approach.. . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.. . Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.. .
