Who We're Looking For. We are seeking a Video Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling through motion, obsessed with social media trends, and quick to transform ideas into engaging, high-quality videos. This role focuses on producing short-form content, social media videos, and branded storytelling pieces that capture attention and elevate the aesthetic and emotional appeal of our partner clinics. . You’ll work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to bring stories to life through sharp editing, innovative visuals, and a strong sense of timing — helping Adoreal and its partner clinics stay ahead of trends while maintaining a premium visual standard. . Responsibilities. Video Production & Editing . Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for Adoreal and partner clinics across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. . Edit using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut, ensuring cinematic quality, creativity, and consistency. . Optimize pacing, rhythm, and sound design for social-first engagement. . Trend Awareness & Creative Concepting . Identify and translate emerging social media trends into smart, on-brand video ideas. . Develop creative concepts that enhance storytelling, emotion, and brand personality. . Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure visuals align with overall campaign strategies. . AI & Automation Integration . Explore and apply AI tools to improve ideation, video enhancement, and production efficiency. . Participate in developing scalable video workflows using automation and AI-assisted editing. . Brand Consistency & Collaboration . Ensure all video outputs align with Adoreal’s brand guidelines and each clinic’s distinct identity. . Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and social media specialists to maintain cohesive storytelling. . Performance & Optimization . Create multiple versions of assets for testing and adaptation across platforms. . Analyze video performance insights to continuously refine visual strategies. . 2–4 years in video editing or content creation, ideally in digital-first or agency environments. . Technical Skills: . DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut . Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, HeyGen, Pika, etc.) . Understanding of platform specifications and optimization for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube . Creative Mindset: . Strong visual storytelling skills and an instinct for what performs on social media . Ability to balance aesthetics with engagement goals . Passion for design, aesthetics, and cultural trends in the beauty and wellness space . Soft Skills: . Strong communication and collaboration abilities . Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving creative tools . Language: English proficiency, advanced (C1) (spoken & written) . Company Location: Colombia.
