As a Brand Researcher, you will be the strategic backbone of our outreach efforts. You will bridge the gap between the Sales team’s target lists and successful meetings by conducting deep-dive research into high-value brands. Your primary goal is to create detailed "research maps" using AI and financial tools to equip the outreach team with the intelligence needed to schedule meetings with global brands. . The core objective is to transform a raw list of target brands into a high-converting meeting pipeline. You will be responsible for the "Pre-Outreach Intelligence" phase, creating Strategic Research Maps that allow the sales team to enter meetings with an expert-level understanding of a brand’s internal needs, financial health, and decision-making hierarchy.. Key Responsibilities. Brand Intelligence & Mapping: Create comprehensive "research maps" for target brands, identifying key decision-makers, recent organizational shifts, and strategic priorities.. Financial & Regulatory Research: Analyze SEC Filings (and other public disclosures) to identify brand pain points, budget cycles, and growth initiatives.. AI-Driven Prospecting: Utilize ChatGPT and advanced AI prompts to summarize brand reports and draft highly personalized outreach scripts.. Outreach & Scheduling: Coordinate with the outreach team to reach out to brands via LinkedIn and email, managing the transition from "researched lead" to "scheduled meeting".. Technical Stack Management: Leverage Zoom for coordination and maintain high data hygiene within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to track brand engagement. +2 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Market Research.. Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and navigating financial databases for SEC/public filings.. Ability to visualize and document complex brand hierarchies and "territory maps" to guide sales teams.. Fluent in English (C1/C2) with the ability to summarize complex business data into actionable sales insights.. Strong familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings and AI tools for data synthesis. Experience managing data flows within a CRM and using Zoom for cross-functional communication.. Ability to maintain working-hour overlap with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone..
