It includes researching lender policies, calculating serviceability, liaising with lenders and stakeholders, and preparing loan recommendations and comparison reports. Key Responsibilities: . Reviewing client profiles and supporting information to complete preliminary assessments. Assessments include lender policy research, borrowing capacity (Quickly serviceability) and funding position assessments.. Analyse financial statements and payslips. Cross-reference lender policy to find solutions. Completing lender serviceability, postcode and lender mortgage insurance calculators.
