Reconcile credit card transactions related to property expenses, ensuring proper categorization and timely entry.. Match tenant payments and track deposits, ensuring accuracy and proper recording.. Perform variance analysis and resolve discrepancies in financial records.. Conduct monthly tenant ledger audits, ensuring charges, payments, and balances are accurate and up to date.. Property Accounting. Maintain separate financial records for each property while providing consolidated financial reporting.. Ensure seamless integration between Buildium and QuickBooks, troubleshooting discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.. Track and classify capital expenditures, distinguishing major property improvements from routine maintenance expenses.. Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring proper expense categorization and timely payment.. Review and process tenant accounts, including accounts receivable aging and collection tracking.. Financial Reporting & Analysis. Prepare property-by-property profit/loss statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.. Generate cash flow reports and projections for management and owners..
