Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. , you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, performance, and availability of our client's network infrastructure. You will lead incident response efforts, proactively monitor systems, and serve as a technical resource for both your team and agency stakeholders. What You’ll Do. ·       Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network outages and performance issues. ·       Lead incident response and root cause analysis for major network events. ·       Provide mentoring and technical oversight to junior NOC staff. ·       Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal federal stakeholders to resolve networking issues. ·       Allocate resources effectively to ensure 24/7 operational support. ·       Fulfill on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of critical services.
