Accountabilities. Stage, configure, and maintain networking hardware including firewalls, HCI systems, and related devices.. Configure and manage VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, and routing protocols to ensure high availability and efficiency.. Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues, providing Tier 2 support as needed.. Maintain comprehensive network documentation, performance metrics, and change logs.. Coordinate with engineering and operational teams to integrate systems and resolve network incidents.. Support annual penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and cybersecurity initiatives.. . 5+ years of experience with enterprise or field-deployable networks..
