As a Desktop Support Analyst - Tier 1, you will:. . Serve as the first point of contact for incoming technical support requests, managing tickets efficiently.. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and networking.. . Support end users in configuring VPN access, application usage, and network connectivity.. . Maintain user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including password resets, license assignments, and shared folder access.. . Assist with printer setup and troubleshooting, including specialty printing and integration with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).. . Document all steps taken in the ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of client issues.. .
