Outbound Sales Representative at Freelance Latin America. We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to proactively generate new business opportunities for our Managed Services Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and maintaining accurate records to help drive the sales pipeline.. Key Responsibilities. . . Prospect and Generate Leads:. Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to introduce our MSP services.. . . Qualify Leads: . Identify business pain points and determine the fit between the client’s needs and our solutions.. . . Book Meetings and Presentations:. Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads and potential clients.. . . Market Research:. Research and identify target industries and key decision-makers within those industries to build a pipeline of potential clients.. . . CRM Management:. Maintain an up-to-date record of interactions, track progress, and update lead status in the CRM.. . . Follow-Up:. Follow up with leads in a timely manner to move them through the sales funnel.. . . Collaborate with the Sales Team:. Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless handoff and effective conversion of prospects into clients.. . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). . 40–60 calls per day (with <1% callback rate). . 70–100 personalized emails per week. . 10–20 meetings booked per month. . 2 closed accounts per month. . . . Excellent English Communication Skills:.  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of MSP services and effectively engage decision-makers.. . . Experience in the MSP Industry:.  Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider sector, including services such as IT support, network management, and cloud solutions.. . . Outbound Sales Experience:.  Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with a proven ability to engage leads and generate interest in services.. . . Cold Calling Experience:.  Comfortable and confident making cold calls to prospective clients to create new business opportunities.. . Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM (Eastern Time).
