UX Designer. to join our growing product and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive and engaging experiences for our digital products by translating user needs and business goals into functional, delightful, and accessible user journeys.. User Research & Discovery. . Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations. . . Analyze feedback and data to derive actionable insights and translate them into design opportunities. . . Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define user requirements and personas. . . 2. UX Strategy & Planning. . Develop and document user experience strategies, user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process. . . Balance user needs with business objectives to deliver value-driven experiences. . . 3. Wireframing & Prototyping. . Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and low to high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively. . . Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar to develop user interface components. . . Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests. . . 4. Collaboration & Communication. . Work closely with UI designers, product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from concept to delivery. . . Participate in design reviews and present design solutions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. . . Ensure design consistency and adherence to design systems and brand guidelines. . . 5. Testing & Improvement. . Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and refine user experiences. . . Monitor product usage and performance post-launch to identify areas of improvement. . . Continuously iterate and evolve designs based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback. . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). . . . Minimum 3 years of professional experience. in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions. . . Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as . Figma. , . Sketch. , . Adobe XD. , . InVision. , or . Axure. . . . Deep understanding of . UX principles. , . accessibility standards. , . responsive design. , and . interaction design. . . . Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. . . Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required. . .
