Your fluency in Finnish will be vital as you assist clients with product information, order status, and any issues they encounter while shopping. Your role will be instrumental in building customer loyalty and ensuring a positive interaction with our retail offerings.. Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer service in Finnish through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with inquiries related to products, order processing, and returns. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing. . Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. . Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance. . . Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector, is a plus. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. .
