Deliver high-quality customer service in Finnish through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with inquiries related to products, order processing, and returns. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing. . Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. . Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance. . . Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector, is a plus. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. .
