As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, nurturing strong partnerships and ensuring their long-term success. You'll be responsible for account strategy, revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction while navigating evolving needs. Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders through regular meetings, reviews, and proactive communication.. . Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing underutilized product features.. . Create, execute, and monitor strategic account plans focused on client success, retention, and revenue expansion.. . Serve as the escalation point for client issues, working cross-functionally to resolve concerns and close feedback loops.. . Partner with internal teams to deliver client projects, manage implementations, and ensure contractual commitments are met.. . Track industry trends and client-specific insights to inform strategic recommendations and account direction.. . Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in Salesforce and other tools, including forecasting, proposals, and presentations.. . Support RFP processes and ensure timely contract renewals and change orders.. . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.. . Proven track record in client success, account management, or strategic partnership roles, preferably in SaaS or digital health.. . Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client advocacy.. . Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. . Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with account planning tools is a plus.. . Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals, manage renewals, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.. . Capable of preparing professional reports, proposals, and presentations.. .
