Make outbound phone calls to medical practices across the Chicagoland area. . . Collect, verify, and accurately document information based on specific research criteria. . . Maintain detailed and organized records of call outcomes and responses. . . Communicate findings regularly to the project lead or research coordinator. . . Follow call scripts and adapt communication based on the context of each conversation.. . Qualifications:. . . Native-level fluency in English. (spoken and written). . . Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. . . Comfortable making several hours of phone calls daily. . . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured data collection processes. . . Previous experience in phone-based outreach, surveys, or research is a plus. . . Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for making calls. . . Compensation & Classification:. . This is a . part-time, project-based role. (approximately 20 hours per week). . .
