Responsibilities include:. . Proactively source, identify, and qualify high value leads through strategic outbound calls, warm referrals, and intelligent use of CRM insights.. . Conduct deep dive needs assessments to understand customer pain points and position our HMO solution as the best fit.. . Articulate the value of our health insurance plans with confidence, clarity, and relevance to each client’s unique challenges.. . Maintain a structured, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, prioritizing high-conversion opportunities.. . Skillfully manage the sales cycle from first call to sign-up, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.. . Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, acting as a credible advisor.. . Mentor and guide junior telesales associates, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.. . . 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B/B2C sales.. .
