We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.. Responsibilities. . Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones. . Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and maintain inbox organization. . Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. . Prepare research reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed. . Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution. . Assist with personal admin tasks where required (light personal scheduling, reservations, etc.). . Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. . Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned. . Healthcare and personal wellness management. . Qualifications. . 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (supporting C-level executives strongly preferred). . Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required). . High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. . Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar). . Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. . Flexible with availability to support a global executive (occasional evenings/weekends may be required). . Company Location: Nicaragua.
