Lead/execute end‑to‑end payroll cycles in Infor HR Payroll/Lawson (calculate, audit, post, and close).. . Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Infor GHR and Payroll systems for clients.. . Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop customized strategies to streamline HR and payroll processes.. . Provide expert guidance on best practices in HCM, payroll processing, and compliance with relevant regulations.. . Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.. . Develop and deliver training programs to equip clients’ HR teams with the necessary skills for effective system usage.. . Maintain project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and compliance-related materials.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.. . Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and product updates to provide clients with the most current solutions and recommendations.. . . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and consulting on Infor GHR and Payroll systems.. .
