Financial Analyst at Seeq. The financial analyst supports the company’s financial planning and variable compensation management processes in coordination with the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, and the accounting team. The role will be a key contributor to the company’s monthly annual recurring revenue reporting and related metrics; annual budget and periodic forecast preparation; and the determination of monthly, quarterly, and annual variable compensation amounts under adopted annual plans.. Perform monthly calculation of commissions earned under the annual plan.. Calculate/determine annually recurring revenue (ARR) and related categorical changes in ARR MTM, QTQ, YTY for month-end close.. Assist in the preparation of required monthly, quarterly, and annual internal management and investor reporting.. Assist in the preparation of monthly department budget vs. actual reporting.. Prepare monthly headcount reporting.. Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual operating plan (budget) and any related mid-year and long-term forecasting..
